Built for independent adjusters

Stop re-entering everything when you get back to the office.

You photograph the damage on your phone, then spend an hour at your desk typing it all back into Xactimate. ClaimTrack Mobile captures photos, geo-tagged notes, and condition details in the field — and exports a pre-populated claim file directly into your existing system.

The daily pain every adjuster knows

📱

Photos stuck on your phone

You shoot 80 photos on a loss. Back at the office you're manually dragging them into folders, renaming files, and praying you remember which room was which.

📋

Notes written twice

Field notes go into your phone's notepad, a paper form, or voice memos — then you retype everything into Xactimate later. Double the work, double the errors.

🕐

1–2 hours of desk work per claim

During CAT season when you're running 8–10 inspections a day, that back-office re-entry kills your capacity — and your sleep.

Your phone becomes the claim file.

ClaimTrack Mobile is a mobile-first layer that sits on top of your existing tools — not a replacement. It handles the field workflow Xactimate was never designed for.

📍 Geo-tagged, auto-labeled photo capture

Shoot photos inside the app. Every image is automatically stamped with GPS coordinates, timestamp, and the room/area you assign — no more mystery photos or manual renaming.

🗒️ Voice-to-text field notes attached to each photo

Tap to record a note while you're standing in front of the damage. It transcribes, attaches to the photo, and populates the right field in your claim form — automatically.

📤 One-tap export to Xactimate & your existing system

When the inspection is done, export a pre-filled claim package — photos organized, notes mapped to fields, ready to import. We play nice with what you already use. No ripping and replacing.

What adjusters are already saying in the field

"Xactimate mobile is basically unusable on a real inspection. I've been using Notes + Google Photos and manually cross-referencing everything back at the office. There has to be a better way."

Independent CAT adjuster, 14 years

"During a CAT deployment I'm doing 10 roofs a day. The double-entry back at the hotel at midnight is killing me. If someone could just fix the mobile part I'd pay for it tomorrow."

Quick answers

Does this replace Xactimate?

No, and that's intentional. Xactimate handles estimating and is deeply embedded in carrier workflows. We handle what Xactimate was never designed for — field capture. We export a package that slots directly into your existing process.

What systems do you export to?

At launch: Xactimate (ESX file format), standard PDF claim report, and organized ZIP of labeled photos. We're building direct integrations with ClaimXperience and Symbility based on waitlist feedback.

Does it work offline in the field?

Yes. Full offline mode for capture. Everything syncs when you're back on WiFi or LTE. Rural property and basement inspections where signal dies are a core use case we've designed for.

iOS and Android?

Both. We're shipping iOS first, Android within 60 days of launch. If you're an Android user, join the waitlist and flag it — it affects our timeline.

Can my office manager see claims as they come in?

Yes — the Agency plan includes a web-based dashboard for office managers and owners to see claim status, review photo sets, and pull exports without needing the mobile app themselves.
